| Our department is responsible for monitoring the County's liability for the care of its youth, elderly and disabled residents who qualify for state mandated programs.
The Human Services Administrator also serves as a Fair Hearing Officer at the request of a town/city to resolve welfare client disputes.
In addition, we process and administer the Division of Children, Youth & Families Incentive Funds program.
