Whom do we serve?

Residents meeting eligibility requirements for State mandated programs as follows:

  • Old Age Assistance (65 years of age)
  • Aid to the Permanently & Totally Disabled (18-64 years of age)
  • Intermediate Nursing Care (facility providing 24 hour care for residents needing skilled nursing, medication supervision and rehabilitation)
  • Mid-level Care (care provided in an assisted living facility, congregate housing or residential care facility)
  • Home-based Care (a range of medical & supportive services provided to individuals at home or a relatives)
  • Provider Payments (laboratory, Adult day care, physical therapy, etc.)
  • Care of Children (placement and ancillary services to children & their families)
