| The Registry of Deeds office is responsible for housing and maintenance of all documents pertaining to property in Belknap County. Through the years, records retention has become a very complex and technical industry. Our office is no exception as we now offer on-line viewing and printing of documents and plans.
In Belknap County all of the recorded documents, plans and indices dating back to 1765 are available for viewing on our website at : www.nhdeeds.com Copies of the documents may also be printed from your home computer, however an individual must first set up an account with us. There is a one-time nominal fee of $50.00 to set up the account.
