Mental health and substance abuse counseling may also be included in an individual’s contract at the discretion of their assigned case manager. If the individual is required to go to counseling, whatever recommendations their counselor makes will also be a part of their Diversion contract and will be a separate payment to counseling agency in addition to diversion program fees.
Payment plans can be made but there are no scholarships available and the program fee is not waived, regardless of income.
